Dietary Specialists

There are few organ systems that are as intimately linked to what we eat as the gastrointestinal tract. Dietary manipulation is an effective means of treating and managing many gastrointestinal diseases and we work particularly closely with Julie, Leigh and Clarice at Dietary Specialists to provide an integrative and personalised management plan for our patients. Dietary specialists are pioneers in the establishment of a specialist gastrointestinal dietitian service and were the first dietians to introduce low FODMAP diet concepts to New Zealand. For more information click here.
